We already knew from job postings a few months ago that Toys for Bob was working on another project for Activision.
One of the leading studios of Activision in recent years has been Toys for Bobresponsible for the development of Crash Bandicoot 4 or for bringing back the Spyro trilogy, as well as carrying out other tasks for games as a service of the company, such as Warzone.
From the social networks from the studio have been interacting with fans these days, urging fans to guess 18 games they had worked on. Eventually, it was discovered that there was cheating, as they have developed 17 and the eighteenth game is one that is yet to be announced.something that we had already been sensing as a result of job offers that we learned about in recent months.
The identity of the new game is still unknown“Thanks for playing, how many did you guess correctly? You know, it’s very convenient that we have more wall space to cover….“. In this way, Toys for Bob acknowledges that they have an unknown project in development that we could know more about soon. Seeing that they have done it now, Gamescom 2022 is a good opportunity to know some news about it.
Last year we learned that the studio was working on Call of Duty to support the rest of Activision’s teams in charge of the company’s titanic shooter franchise, but the company itself later explained that the changes at Toys for Bob had not led to layoffs, and everything points to the fact that they have carried out parallel projects.
