Back in 2010, our personal Andrew Reiner wrote that Remedy Entertainment and Sam Lake’s mental mystery “redefines online game storytelling.” Since its free up 10 years in the past this week, Alan Wake has won a cult following as a result of its dream-like (or nightmare-inducing) storytelling, chilling setting, and noteworthy characters.
