Rockstar has announced that it will allow to transfer progress or else reset the character.
This week we learned more details related to the new generation versions of Grand Theft Auto V, a title originally released in 2013 that will end up landing in a few days on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar Games has published the prices of these editions, but also wanted to specify some interesting extras for those who plan to play it.
As we read in a publication on their official website, the pre-download is already available on both PS Store and Microsoft Store, but they also assure us that we will be able to. transfer the progress of the single player mode from PS4 or Xbox One using the Social Club.
They will allow to transfer the characterIn addition, there are some new features regarding GTA Online, the multiplayer mode so successful that has the title. We will also be able to transfer the character giving us a vehicle (Karin S95) and a batch of chameleon paints, but in turn we will be able to reset it and make use of the new profession creator. This is designed for those who want to start from scratch, as it will help all those users with a business property, a vehicle and a weapon.
Also, there will be room to add useful upgrades and more GTA dollars to start, but the backbone is in these professions: biker, executive, nightclub owner or arms dealer. Once we choose among them, we will receive 4 million GTA dollars as a gift. Money purchased on previous platforms can only be transferred between the same family of consoles (from PS4 to PS5 and from Xbox One to Xbox Series), but there will be no shortage of missions to continue progressing.
Grand Theft Auto V for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will be released on the next March 15as announced by Rockstar last month. For the next numbered installment of the saga will have to wait a while longer, but we are reassured to know officially that GTA 6 is currently in development.
